and to enhance the health of our community.
Our Hospital:
Frank R. Howard Memorial Hospital (HMH) was established in
1928 to provide compassionate health care to our patients and their loved ones.
We are a 25-bed, not-for-profit facility located in rural northern California’s
Mendocino County, and proud to have been named one of America's Top 100 Critical
Access Hospitals. Our services include 24-hour Emergency Care, State-of-the-art
Diagnostic Services, Inpatient & Outpatient Surgical Services and Laboratory
Services, Cardiac Treatment, Intensive Care, Rehabilitation Services, and Health
Education. We are also a Blue Distinction designate for Hip and Knee
Replacement.
HMH is a Joint Commission accredited hospital that consistently outranks its
peers for quality patient outcomes, patient satisfaction scores and nursing care
excellence.
